Henry is an expert in high-tech investment. He achieved a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the CPPCC of Ningxia Province. He was honoured as a torchbearer of the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou.
